SITEC OXYGEN / HELIUM GAS BOOSTERS.

All SITEC booster are made with high quality materials consisting of +-80% Stainless Steel, +-20% Aluminum that results in a very well engineered cooling system. The boosters' surface is anodized and the drive gas requirement is between 4 Bar - 8 Bar which can be used easily with any LP compressor that supply efficient flow rate for each of the specified models.

Safety is the top priority for SITEC, and the boosters are very conservative by using low inlet pressure and by following the manufacturer's recommendations for O2 handling and units' maintenance.

SITEC gas boosters are piston-types, air-driven boosters, they use the differential piston area principle to operate. It features low air consumption, quiet operation, optional mechanical separation, and compatibility with a wide range of common gases.

The boosters are reciprocating, single, double acting or two stage air operated designs, using an air-piloted unbalanced type air directional valve to cycle the boosters. They are designed to make optimum use of commercially bottled gases as low as 2 Bar. The boosters are applicable across a variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, chemical, fire fighting, agriculture, fluid power, machine tool, plastics, and packaging.
Pneumatic boosters offer a cost effective way to compress shop air or bottled gas to meet various requirements for higher pressure yet lower volume of air or gas.

Industrial applications include charging accumulators, inflating high pressure tires or charging shock struts from lower pressure supply sources, the transferring of gas from a supply cylinder to another container or the actuating of air chucks in machine tools. Where production machinery or test setups require higher air pressures than normally provided by the shop air system.

The boosters can be installed as components or can be supplied as  complete, ready-to-use power packages. Use of the boosters power unit eliminates the need to develop the basic power supply circuit, the time to select and buy the needed accessories and the time required to test and troubleshoot the circuit.

Designed for savenging purposes and can use a oxygen/helium cylinder down to 3.4Bar. The inlet supply pressure must be regulated to 30Bar Max.

SITEC SBT40 is one of the latest models of SITEC wide range of boosters. The innovation behind the SBT40 combined the high performance with  high effeciency to present a unit which is ideal to be used by individual divers and dive centers alike.  The unit is robut and consists of mainly stainless steel with ALuminum cooling system.
